10 Week Athlete Training Program

Now Accepting kids ages 10-17 for our Summer Training Program. Groups of 4-6 will be paired with an experienced mentor to run them through strength and conditioning workouts at the Next Level, and Level Up training facilities. Workouts will include weightlifting, cardiovascular, sports training, boxing, kickboxing, self defense, and more! Everyone who signs up will have a free gym membership, and is welcome to come to all martial arts classes for no extra charge.
